Chanda Dobriyal is a contemporary realist artist celebrated for her serene and evocative depictions of India's natural beauty. Working primarily in water-based media, she also explores acrylics and oils, and has showcased her work in several national exhibitions.

For Chanda, art is a deeply personal and spiritual journey — a way of experiencing the world beyond its literal form. Nature and its quiet splendor call to her, and through her paintings, she seeks to translate that sense of wonder. As a watercolorist, she blends pigment with water to create luminous, flowing compositions. Her process is intuitive and expressive—each stroke on handmade paper is like a note in a visual symphony, spontaneous yet purposeful.
